The package arrived intact, but it was dirty with something — I’m not sure what happened — and it had a really bad smell. The materials themselves didn’t smell, only the water measuring cup. Also, the blender had some dirt near the power switch, the same stuff that was on the box, and it smelled too. But other than that, the mocha is really good. All the utensils work; only the milk frother came off, but I think it’s repairable, so no big deal. The straw arrived intact — since I live in Italy, I thought it might be broken because some people in the U.S. said theirs arrived damaged, so that was great. Overall, it’s a really good product, smooth to use, and I recommend it. I tried w almond milky

Pieces in my kit came broken since it’s glass and I know it’s not Rebel Bunny’s fault. I reached out on Instagram and they were nice enough to send a replacement. But it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back regarding it when I followed up asking for tracking information or if it was sent out.

The kit came with everything you could possibly need to make the perfect matcha; a fresh matcha packet, glass, glass straw, frother and batteries, measuring cup, and matcha storage container. I can’t wait to continue to use my kit when making more Rebel Bunny Matcha.
