Kirari 31 says floral & fruity; but to me, the florals really stole the show. Delightfully fragrant, softly bold, and just so smooth. And the color? That vibrant green sealed the deal. Bonus, my fiancé picked this one… so yeah, he definitely understood the assignment.

• Flavor Profile: It has a beautiful subtle sweetness with distinct fruity and floral notes. • Milk Pairings: I found that it works exceptionally well with oat milk, and holds up nicely with full cream and soy. However, in my experience, almond milk tended to overpower the delicate notes of the Kirari 31. • Versatility: As a Usucha, it is incredibly easy to drink due to that natural sweetness. As a latte, there is little to no astringency—it’s just remarkably smooth. • Texture & Visuals: It is so easy to whisk! Plus, the color is absolutely stunning. It so vibrant and green.
