Refund Policy

If you’re not happy, we want to make it right.

Contact us at hello@rebelbunny.com within 45 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short description of what went wrong. We may ask for photos when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We review every request individually. We may first offer store credit, a replacement, or another reasonable solution. If that doesn’t make things right, you may request a refund to your original payment method.

Rebel Bunny does not accept unsolicited mailed returns. Please do not send products back unless we specifically ask you to do so and provide instructions.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund.

We trust in the collective good of humanity. To protect that trust, we may limit or refuse claims that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, or part of a repeated pattern. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
