Amazing top quality

won over this non-nutty matcha lover i don't usually lean toward nutty matcha profiles, but the subtle buckwheat and oat hints in this blend surprised me. i prepared it at 4g matcha to around 60 ml milk ratio with dairy milk and no sweetener and it had a wonderfully creamy mouthfeel with just the right touch of structural bitterness to hold up to the milk. tysm, rebel bunny xx

This might be my new favorite matcha. The smell is delightful and reminds me of a chocolate chip granola bar. This matcha is sweet, creamy, oaty, and toasty. It pairs perfectly with oatmilk and a pinch of salt. The notes of stone fruit come out at the end, and a little bit of astringency unfolds as the freshness of tea leaves become more pronounced. Full bodied, bold, and super nutty! 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised by this blend. Usually I go for very umami forward matcha powders. This matcha is very delicate and the nectarine note definitely shines through. The toasty profile comes with the finish and it rounds out nicely. In an oat milk latte sweetened with agave syrup the taste is very delicate and clean. It makes for a very smooth latte-drinking experience that newer matcha drinkers may enjoy. I would consider purchasing again, but I wish the tin had 30g instead of 20g.

Absolutely gorgeous. The flavor? Smooth, perfect for a sweet latte. Smells so green and fresh, and the powder is velvety. The hot pink tin is so beautiful, total eye candy when prepping my matcha. Rebel Bunny you got a new bunnie. This Matcha makes you feel expensive.
