Neon Mellow

This is a great matcha, beautifully smooth, rich, and creamy with a naturally mellow flavor that’s easy to enjoy. Though it’s a bit too mild for my personal taste (hence the name), I’d recommend Neon Mellow as a perfect starting point for beginners or anyone who prefers a gentle, nutty profile. Start here and explore the other varieties they offer, it’s a fun journey to discover the matcha that suits you best. Saemidori is my favorite so far. This also makes a wonderful gift since it can appeal to almost any palate.

Bright beautiful green. Slight nutty and sweet notes with little astringency. A very tasty matcha powder perfect for lattes!

For my taste it was a bit too bitter and not very complex. It was not bad quality though, just did not suit what I look for in a matcha.

i absolutely loved the matcha! very beginner friendly and i made it for many of my friends, and they all equally loved it as much as me! such a shame that this is a limited edition blend, i would love to use this every day for my lattes.

Smells great. Nutty sweet flavor. Too light of a flavor I found myself using more matcha grams to get the matcha taste. Not really 50 servings per container more like 10/15.

Love it! MELLOW forsure compared to Main Character and The OG ✨, but still super tasty. Great color. Perfect for lattes and baking.

Neon Mellow Matcha was divine! As a latte, it really shined. I loved the creamy, umami and nutty flavor profiles. Truly tastes like a matcha ice cream in a cup! Rebel Bunny knocked this one out of the park!
