Official Rules — “To The Source” Promotion

1) Promotion Period

• Begins: Feb 17 2026 10:00 AM EST
• Ends: April 16 2026 11:59 PM EST
• Winner selection on or about: April 17 2026

2) Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and legally permitted to participate under the laws of their country of residence. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility and prize fulfillment on a country-by-country basis in its sole discretion.

Winners must be able to legally and independently travel internationally to Japan. If a winner is unable to travel due to visa, legal, regulatory, or governmental restrictions, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award an alternate prize of equal or lesser value or select an alternate winner.

3) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

Method A (Social Entry): During the Promotion Period, submit an entry by commenting on Sponsor's official Instagram entry post and completing any prompted steps via DM (if applicable). Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple comments, DMs, emails, or tags beyond the stated limit will not increase consideration.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without Instagram, email hello@rebelbunny.com with subject “To The Source Entry” and include: full name, city/state, email, and a short answer to: “Why do you want to go to the source?” Entries must be received by April 16 2026 11:59 PM EST. (AMOE entries will not be treated differently than social entries.)

4) Prizes

Prize 1 — Community Winner Trip: A trip for one (1) winner to Japan to visit matcha-related locations arranged by Sponsor. Includes: round-trip airfare, accommodations, and certain meals (as determined by Sponsor). Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4,800. No guest or companion included.

Prize 2 — Creator Winner Trip: One (1) creator winner selected per Section 6. Includes: [same / specify]. ARV: $4,800.

What's not included: passport/visa fees, travel insurance, spending money, incidentals, upgrades, additional guests, room service, tips, local transport not specified, and any other costs not expressly listed.

5) Odds

Selection is not random. Odds of winning depend on the quality of eligible entries received.

6) Winner Selection

(a) The Community Winner will be selected by Sponsor based on the quality and thoughtfulness of the entrant's response to the prompt: Why do you want to go to Japan to learn about the craft of matcha making?

Responses will be evaluated based on:

• Sincerity and depth of interest in matcha
• Alignment with the values of craft, learning, and respect for process
• Overall clarity and originality of the response

Entrants may, at their option, tag up to three (3) friends in their comment. Tagging friends is not required to enter and does not guarantee selection, but may be considered as an indicator of enthusiasm and engagement.

Community entrants are not required to promote the Promotion in any way.

(b) The Creator Winner will be selected by Sponsor based on two simple factors:

• Response to the “why” prompt (as defined above), and
• Demonstrated engagement in helping share and promote To The Source, measured by factors such as views, comments, and overall audience response.

Creator entries must comply with all applicable disclosure laws and platform guidelines.

Selection will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may request additional information to verify eligibility or participation.

Selection is not random. Winners are chosen based on the criteria above. Odds of winning depend on the quality of entries received.

7) Winner Notification + Requirements

Potential winners will be notified by email. Winners must respond within 72 hours or may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Winners may be required to sign: eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release (where legal), and travel waivers.

8) Travel Conditions

Travel dates, itinerary, locations, and activities are determined by Sponsor and may change due to weather, seasonal conditions, production schedules, safety, or other factors including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health measures, or changes in law. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes outside its control. If a trip cannot occur as intended, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or lesser value.

9) Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal/state/local taxes and any tax reporting obligations. Sponsor may issue tax forms as required.

10) Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, submitted statements, and content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11) Release + Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance/use, including travel-related risks. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries.

12) Social Platform Release + Acknowledgment

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Promotion.

13) Disqualification / Fraud

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, uses automated means, manipulates engagement, violates platform rules, or otherwise compromises integrity.

14) Privacy

Information collected will be used to administer the Promotion and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy: rebelbunny.com/privacy-policy

15) Governing Law / Disputes

Governed by laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Broward County, Florida courts.

16) Winners List

To request winner names (where permitted), email hello@rebelbunny.com with subject “To The Source Winners” within 30 days of Promotion end.

17) Sponsor Discretion

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these rules and make all determinations regarding the Promotion in its sole discretion.
