It’s balanced, vibrant, and full of character. Our guests constantly tell us it’s the best matcha they’ve ever had, and it has become a beautiful conversation starter at the bar. It gives us the chance to share the story behind the tea, from the cultivar and origin to the care that goes into every cup. This was the first matcha I used for the very first pop-up I did a few months ago! As the name states, I was trying to find something a little more mellow to accommodate to the taste palette of the majority. Long story short, I was able to turn people who thought they didn’t like matcha into fans and even people new to matcha into matcha lovers. Additionally, the Rebel Bunny team has been nothing short of helpful and kind which went a long way and has made me not only a huge fan of their matcha, but their team and what they stand for. I was elated when I got the email to be apart of their accelerator partner program. Rebel will always be one of my top 3’s when buying matcha and it’s not 3.

I bought one bag thinking, “cute little side hustle, let’s see if it sells.”Fast forward 5 minutes and suddenly I’m running a full-blown underground matcha empire like I’m Pablo Escobar but… greener. My Facebook page? EXPLODED.Notifications? Nonstop.People? Unhinged. I’ve got customers pulling up before sunrise like:“Are you open yet?”Sir… I haven’t even opened my eyes yet. Lunch rush? Chaos.After work? Stampede. This product should come with a warning label:⚠️ May cause extreme addiction, unexpected business success, and customers who will text you at 6:02 AM asking if you’re open. I started with one bag. ONE.Now I’m scheduling pop-ups like a touring artist.

It’s not neon or nearly as vibrant as the picture or description, but it’s decent for lattes. It’s a pretty dark green. Just okay.

Good matcha but mild in flavor. To achieve a balanced matcha you end uo having to use a larger ratio of matcha to milk to achieve the same type of flavor. I think its pretty good though and plan to buy more Rebel Bunny products

The perfect matcha for anyone introducing themselves to it and want a more mild taste, this matcha was vibrant and although “mellow” still held up that slight matcha taste and perfect for lattes.

This matcha reminds me of starbucks matcha but much better quality. Ive tried a couple of different ways to make it and honestly, its the best with milk. Its light, nutty, and sweet with no astringency. Its what you would want if you ordered a matcha latte to go. The matcha mixes really well because of how smooth it is. No clumps whether you wisk or shake it up. Definitely recommend!

This has been a pop up favorite. Works well with latte and mixesgreat with syrups. It’s also a good startup for the ones getting to know matcha.

This is the real Yabukita — pure Yame matcha with that creamy texture and nutty aroma. Honestly, it’s next-level good. You gotta try it! 🌿🔥
