The blend of Yabukita and Gokou balances out so nicely that it hits you with a soft, gentle umami and finishes with just a touch of sweet smoothness. It’s a really comforting combo, and honestly just delicious in its purest form without needing any milk or sweetener. It also pairs so soooo well with light desserts! If you love a smooth, light cup of matcha to ground your routine, this one’s definitely worth keeping in your rotation!

this Yabukita and Gokou blend is fantastic whether you drink it straight or as a latte! As an usucha, it has a super clean finish with a balanced earthy flavor, gentle umami, and a subtle sweetness that lets both cultivars shine. When you pair it with oat milk, it becomes incredibly creamy and brings out its softer notes, turning it into a really mellow, slightly floral cup with zero harsh bitterness. It's so smooth and approachable that I can easily see this becoming a daily favorite either way!

My palate has been a little spoiled lately with matcha meant for usucha and koicha, so unfortunately, I’ve become picky. 😌 But... I’m a latte girlie at heart. And GLOW? 10/10. mic drop 🎤 Nutty, deeply umami, and absolutely refused to disappear under milk. The umami coats your tongue and somehow leaves an imprint on your soul. Then comes that dark chocolate finish... the beautiful, grown-up kind of bitterness that made sweetener completely unnecessary. Delicate on paper. Dangerously memorable in a latte. Whisks up beautifully! Great color, i use 4 grams and it’s oh so delicious

At 3grams this was grassy and vegetal for me but at 4grams, it became really nutty and dark chocolatey without any bitterness nor astringency!!! I am currently enjoying this!

Glow! This one might have just claimed a spot as my favorite matcha. If I’m being completely honest the reason why I purchased this is because of the cool matcha tin, but I’m officially a fan! For context, I regularly drink Rocky’s Matcha and Ippodo, and I put this matcha in that category. I prepared it as a latte with extra creamy oat milk, and it delivered a bold yet delicate nutty profile with incredible balance. Smooth, vibrant, and satisfying. I’m officially hooked and excited to explore the other blends!!
