So delicious I love all the Rebel Matcha’s

From the color alone, I already knew this was going to be something special. 🍵✨ Sayamakaori is so comforting even without sweetener. It’s creamy, smooth, and with that gorgeous roasted, graham cracker-like profile. It also plays so well with other flavors, making it perfect for getting creative with drinks when you want that warm, toasty depth. Definitely a 5-star powder that I’d happily reach for any day, any occasion!

Idk if I’m smelling/tasting things that aren’t there but this one has a cozy smell, like bakery or pastries I can’t pin it down and taste like it. Love it!!

this one surprised me the flavor is bold and delicious. i love the notes of graham cracker & apricot. i was also given a straw and the cutest sticker pack for free :) !!

I was pleasantly surprised by this. I usually go for more Umami Matcha's but this is AMAZING! Definitely has that "graham cracker" note to it. When I make it into a latte the sweetness comes out. I would give this a try if you're eyeing it.

I lovedddd this matcha! It comes off initially as fruity, and then I started picking up on those sweet, warm flavors. By the time I finished my latte, this matcha tasted floral yet super creamy. This matcha is not super umami-forward imo, so I think it’s perfect for a sweet latte. Very little astringency, and the bitterness it did have was balanced well by the warm notes and creaminess. OH AND THE COLOR! This powder was stunninggg! I prepared it as koicha, a whole milk latte, and a coconut milk latte, and it was amazing as koicha and a whole milk latte. The creamy dairy milk pairs so perfectly with the graham cracker note. I wouldn’t recommend the coconut milk, as it masks the completely of flavors (especially the fruity notes). I also think this matcha would be delicious as a fruity latte with strawberry, peach, or mango. phenomenal matcha!

I haven’t tried this one yet, but i have no doubt that it’ll be just as good as the other one i ordered. I love matcha so bad
