Absolute main character energy. Rebel Bunny didn’t just send matcha; they sent a whole mood. 🐰🩷 Swapped milk for cold-pressed coconut water and wow. 🤯 It completely unlocked their rich, nutty notes while keeping every sip insanely crisp, light, and hydrating. If you haven't tried pairing Grace&Jade with coconut water yet, consider this your sign to elevate your matcha ritual immediately. 🥥🐰🩷

Grace and Jade. The name itself piqued my interest because how can a matcha powder be named so beautifully and elegantly? 💚 The packaging. The pastel pink tin attracts attention yet isn't heavy on the eyes. Just enough for you to be curious to see what could this beautiful tin be holding inside? Upon opening, you see that lovely green color with some yellow undertones, and it greets you with a dry aroma that's a mix of nutty, zesty and floral. This scent intensifies as I whisk the matcha along with my curiosity as to how this will taste. On the first sip, the nutty almond notes are prominent along with the creamy and subtle sweetness. As the matcha and milk marry together, the layers of flavors and umami continue to unfold. From nutty notes, I can perceive some zesty, citrusy notes that then turn to floral notes towards the end, subtle but they're there. These notes blew my mind for a while. I've never tasted all these notes in one matcha. Slowly, I began to realize why the name Grace and Jade is so fitting. I couldn't perceive any astringency or bitterness. I drank it as an unsweetened latte, and it had a lot of complex notes, yet it was light on the palate and refreshing, it has a smooth clean finish too. 💚 Grace and Jade is indeed the perfect name for this matcha. It's elegant, almost luxurious to drink. I can't get over the layers of umami and notes that carefully unfold on the palate. This being a blend of four cultivars, two of which are rare, Asahi and Marishi, makes the experience something to treasure with every sip. I'll be savoring every gram of this matcha 💚 but for now excuse me while I make another glass 💚 Suffice to say my first Rebel Bunny matcha tin raised the bar high. Thank you for letting me experience Grace and Jade 🍵🩷

I feel like Grace & Jade was always meant for a pink tin. 🌸 The muted jade green, soft floral notes, and elegant profile just fit so well. Choosing only three tins wasn’t easy 😆 but I went with this one because… I’m always biased when Asahi is in the blend 😂 Opening it, I got a nutty, sweet, grassy aroma that leaned more sweet The powder is a muted jade green, but deepens beautifully once whisked, with a sweeter vegetal aroma. As usucha, floral notes came first hi Marishi 🌸😂, followed by smooth texture, gentle greens, natural sweetness, and a light bitterness. As a latte, nuttiness stood out more with light umami, sweet vegetal notes, and a soft astringency. The lingering floral finish was my favorite 💚

I have enjoyed this matcha so much. My local matcha place uses this for their drinks. I decided to try it out at home since I got a new job and don’t get to go as much. I’m still learning but this has been great!

I like that it’s complex and unique from all the matcha I’ve tried. I like the floral aroma and the hint of nutty notes in this variant. It’s also great for someone who will try matcha for the first time.

First of all, we love the packaging so cute! Such a vibrant green color that we loved, it had a natural sweet floral taste when added to milk, but the matcha flavor itself wasn’t so strong, although it was well balanced. I’d say it’s a good beginners matcha! Follow us on tiktok @triiimatcha We review matchas!

Good umami, but also balances well with a sweetener like maple syrup. Love it
